Tecalemit DVSA ATF Commercial Vehicle Brake Tester DE9700 is the first commercial vehicle brake tester (CVBT) to be designed and manufactured specifically to meet UK Authorised Testing Facilities (ATF) testing requirements. Developed from Tecalemit’s proven brake testing expertise and unique experience of UK statutory brake testing, the heavy-duty roller bed design includes as standard two high performance 15kW motors and a ‘soft start’ feature which generally are only available as upgrades from other manufacturers.

The DE/9700 Commercial Brake Tester has an 8 sensor axle weighing system, which is integrated into the roller bed/frame system, allowing for automatic brake efficiency calculations.
DE/9700 Can also be retro-fitted into many existing brake tester installations allowing potential cost savings for civil works.
Load simulation, if required, is available as an additional cost option and can be either a push down system, as used in Goods Vehicle Test Stations (GVTS), or a hydraulic pit mounted pull down system.
