Laser wheel alignment system for measuring commercial vehicles with optional inclinometer for automatic angle recognition. The AXIS500 is the latest truck laser wheel aligner from HAWEKA, using it’s vast experience from the early models the AXIS500 has evolved as a state of the art laser aligner.
At home in the workshop or on the road as a mobile unit the AXIS500 delivers fast and accurate results. This latest version of the laser aligner joins the expanding family of aligners in the AXIS Series.
ACCURATE: All measurements taken in the as-driven position, because the vehicle is driven onto Haweka’s heavy-duty turnplates. No longer required to lift the axles to perform run-out compensation.
VERSATILE: Can be used on or off site. A level floor is not necessary as the AXIS500 can be calibrated to suit any work place in just seconds.
FAST: Quick clamps fitted as standard. Magnetic feet allow the operator to carry out alignment very quickly. Generally all important angles can be measured in under 10 minutes! An industry first.
COMPETENT: Measures all the following angles: total toe, single toe, rear axle out of square plus camber, caster. KPI and toe-on turns with optional inclinometer.
STATE OF THE ART: Latest electronic digital measuring equipment. Class 2 laser give safe & powerful beams ensuring accuracy.
COMPACT: Complete system is supplied in heavy-duty wooden trunk on castors, ensuring portability and protection for your investment.

Standard Delivery – we only offer this service which takes approximately 1 to 5 working days* for the majority of the country, this time may vary for some restricted post codes. Delivery within this time scale is subject to stock availability.

Standard Delivery – Free delivery to UK mainland (Zone A and U – excluding Scottish surcharge areas and Ireland) only.
Please note: Online ordering is only available for mainland UK destinations. Customers requiring delivery to remote or non-mainland areas should note that delivery may incur additional charges.

Please Note: You must report faulty or damaged goods within 7 working days* of delivery. THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
* Working Days are classed as Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30pm excluding weekends and bank holidays.
